Frøymix is a synthetic fiber blend of Danline and polyester, offering excellent resistance to wear and abrasion. The rope sinks in water and has a specific gravity nearly identical to nylon. Specific gravity: 1.15.
These properties make the rope particularly suitable for situations where the rope needs to sink and not interfere with the propeller, and it’s a smart choice to combine with Danline, which floats near the bottom. Frøymix is used in end ropes/anchor ropes, trap ropes, fishing lines, and is easy to knot where splicing is needed.
